based in chennai real estate Development firm Golden Homes Pvt Ltd is planning to expand to other cities including Tiruchi, Coimbatore and Madurai. Balsingh George, chairman and managing director of the company, said the company has done around 150 projects in Chennai alone.
He told reporters, “We are also looking at expansion in Bengaluru.” George announced that his son Joel George is now ready to take over the reins from him.
Georger said the company’s latest project is offering plots, villas and flats in 23 acres at Old Mahabalipuram Road (near Tiruppurur). He did not disclose the investment.
