CREDAI Tamil Nadu, representing private real estate developers across the state, formally included its new leadership team for the tenure of 2025-2027, WS Habib, with RWD CMD, holding office as President.
According to a release, other major offices are V Gopinath (Vice President), S Srikumar (Secretary), V Satasivam (Joint Secretary) and PR Jai Prakash (Treasurer).
With focus on digitization, regulatory transparency and green development, the leadership promised to become an active partner in Tamil Nadu’s growth story- resolving cities of shaped which are made for modern, inexpensive and future, the release said.
